AGING STRONG
Targeted to members ages 45-plus to promote overall strength and well-being in addition to improving fitness levels. This class includes safe weight lifting and cardio exercises at low to moderate intensity levels that challenge your muscular strength and endurance in a non-intimidating atmosphere. A Faculty/Staff Membership will grant you access to this class, Group Fitness passes also accepted.
