Barre is a unique fusion of Pilates technique, ballet-inspired movements, and yoga wisdom all set to energetic music. We incorporate weights, bands, matwork, and classic ballet barre work to achieve cardio conditioning and total body toning, often with dramatic waist and hip trimming and muscle-lengthening results. Movements are high-impact but easily modified for beginners or those recovering from injuries.
