Experience the addictive workout that builds strength, stamina, and lifts your spirit. Meet the challenge of sprints, hills, and intervals as our expert, motivating instructors lead you through a fun and energetic ride! A brief upper body segment with light weights and a shot of abs at the end round out a perfect way to start your day! A Faculty/Staff Membership will grant you access to this class, Group Fitness passes also accepted.
