Hatha Yoga A more traditional style that focuses on holding postures and moving mindfully with the breath to focus on a mind-body connection. This class will help reduce stress, increase energy, stretch, and strengthen the muscles and encourage you to breathe more freely and fully. Especially friend to those new to yoga, including basic poses.
