Bring a mat and meet us at Frog Fountain for a more traditional style that focuses on holding postures and moving mindfully with your breath to focus on mind-body connection. This class will help reduce stress and increase energy stretch while strengthening the muscles and encourage you to breathe more freely and fully. Especially friend to those new to yoga, including basic poses.
Meet at Frog Fountain for outdoor classes. MP2 is reserved as a backup if any weather issues arise.
