Yoga 101 joins breath and movement together in a calm practice designed to help you unwind while exercising. The class is beginner friendly but offers advancements for seasoned practitioners as well. You will do poses as basic as downward dog (adho mukah svanasana) and hopefully get a solid foundation to advance individually and as a class with every practice. Each instructor presents their own unique approach to this format, so make sure to try them all!
