I believe in establishing each training session as a dynamic, challenging, and enjoyable experience where my clients feel inspired to push themselves towards their fitness goals. My experience working in both a large university recreation center and in a corporate wellness setting has allowed me the opportunity to assist a diverse population of individuals in prioritizing physical activity. Typically, my workout programs include a combination of resistance training and high intensity circuit training, with emphasis on the importance core strength, balance, and mobility have on our everyday lives. As a former soccer player and current coach, I enjoy implementing aspects of the sport into training sessions – including agility, speed, and plyometric drills. My overall goal each time I meet with a client is to equip them with the confidence and knowledge they need to stay consistent in the gym while creating healthy habits in their day-to-day lives.
