Whether you’re looking for a quick workout or wanting to add on to your routine, this half hour of core-focused work will get the job done. Tighten, strengthen, and stabilize your abs, back, and glutes all in 30 minutes.
Barre is a unique fusion of Pilates technique, ballet-inspired movements, and yoga wisdom all set to energetic music. We incorporate weights, bands, matwork, and classic ballet barre work to achieve cardio conditioning and total body toning, often with dramatic waist and hip trimming and muscle-lengthening results. Movements are high-impact but easily modified for beginners or those recovering from injuries.
BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Core to the Floor
From your tummy to your toes, this half-hour class will do everything from molding your midsection to toning your thighs.
Make sure you check out our state-of-the-art Keiser bikes and projection system so you can see how to stack up with the rest of the class. This energy-packed class emphasizes intervals, drills, and race-day style indoor cycle workouts that are sure to “spin” you into shape! Come prepared with water and a towel because this class will definitely make you sweat.
Cycle & Core
First time ever!!!! A cycle and core class all in one hour! Super exciting combo class to start your day off right! Nothing better than working cardio and your core all in one class. We will start on the bike for a 45 minute ride that includes climbs, sprints, tap backs, and upper-body toning. We will move to the floor for our last 15 minutes of core work. This is a 60 minute class that will leave you feeling great! If you are ready to meet your goals, don’t miss out on this fantastic morning class! Great start for your weekend! There will be serious calorie burn during this 60 minute class. Lights are off, music is loud, and I am here to move you to your personal goals. We will have so much fun that you won’t realize how hard you’re working!
Full Body Fitness
Resistance training coming at you from every direction! Free weights, resistance bands, med balls, kettlebells, and even TRX suspension trainers (in MP2). You’ll get to try a little bit of everything during this full-body workout. Tone and tighten everything from head to toe!
HIIT Cardio Blast
Get ready to burn mad calories with intense cardio drills. We’ve got it all. Tabata, athletic drills, and heart pounding choreography sure to make you sweat. Each instructor will bring their own inspiring style. Be ready to sweat!
HIIT workouts are extremely effective and efficient. In this class, we will use various equipment such as TRX, BOSU, dumbbells, and much more to strengthen every muscle group. Cardio intervals interspersed throughout the class will keep the metabolism revved to torch major calories. HIIT Fit will give you maximum results in minimum time.
Hip Hop Cardio
Get ready to feel the beat and bring the heat! This class fuses cardio movements together with a hip hop dance style to create a unique, high-energy cardio dance class. No dance experience necessary – just come ready for a good time!
The combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance and the energy of music, results in an intense workout that is FUN and effective. Students will be challenged to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core, while leaving NO muscle untouched. Every exercise can be modified to fit YOUR personal needs. You’ll leave feeling sweaty, strong and ready to take on MORE.

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
Classes include a tailored series of exercises to stretch and strengthen the entire neuromusculoskeletal system and increase the flexibility of the entire body. All classes are a mix of postures, breath work, philosophy, meditation, and relaxation. Each instructor presents their own unique approach to this mind & body method, so make sure you try them all!
Zumba® is a mix of Latin and International dancing! The routines feature fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
