My belief is centered on training the individual to better their athletic performance and overall health. I mainly emphasize resistance training and high-intensity circuits for my workouts, including weight training and core strengthening. I also have experience working with boxers, and have adopted boxing into my training methods. I believe in and use a balanced, regimented and consistent program to help my clients achieve their desired results, a healthier body, and a stronger physique.
