Massage therapy takes place in the University Recreation Center. Our private massage therapy studio is located in room 47 (downstairs) of the URC.

What should I wear to my appointment?
Come as you are. Table massage is more effective if clothing is removed; however, proper draping (covering with a sheet) is required. A massage typically requires the use of a lubricant. A quick-absorbing crème or lotion suited to your skin type will be chosen to allow you to go about your day without a need for a shower. Your therapist can answer any questions you may have and instructions for undressing to your comfort level.
