Fall 2017

Specialty Classes grant participants access to a semi-private class which will build week after week as class members improve. You will elevate your fitness with a consistent group of peers during the 5 or 6 week class. Specialty classes are separate from the main group fitness schedule, so group fitness passes do not grant access to these groups.

Fall Fitness Boot Camp – Round 1

Prepare for the holidays with this 4-week Boot Camp. With guidance and coaching from our certified personal trainers, you can build healthy habits now and avoid the setbacks of too many treats over the next couple months.

  • Tuesday, September 19th – Thursday, October 12th
  • T/Th – 4-5pm in MP1
  • $50/participant
  • Registration: September 5th-15th
  • Free Trial Class on September 14th
