Spring 2017

Specialty Classes grant participants access to a semi-private class which will build week after week as class members improve. You will elevate your fitness with a consistent group of peers during the 5 or 6 week class. Specialty classes are separate from the main group ex schedule, so group ex passes do not grant access to these groups.

Six Weeks to Sirsasana

This class is designed for intermediate yogis looking to improve their arm balance & inversion practice. Group and one-on-one yoga instruction that progresses to sirsasana (headstand) and several other peak poses. This class is for students comfortable with yoga basics like sun salutations. Expect lots of core work, sweat and challenge!

Spring Break Boot Camp

Prepare for Spring Break the right way with a 5-week bootcamp that will keep you strong and get you shredded! This circuit-based class covers 3 training goals in one hour including a combination of movement preparation, strength training, and conditioning drills. Led by certified personal trainers and strength & conditioning specialists.
