Brad Stewart – Associate Director- Wellness Center

Brad has been dedicated to health and wellness from an early age.  Playing soccer for 11 years in Boulder, CO where he was born and raised guided him to the health and exercise world.  He received his Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion.  It was this love of working with people in helping them achieve a healthy lifestyle that he found his niche.  His first position, Brad was the Fitness Director for the Fort Collins Club, as well as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  Brad moved to Washington where he was hired as the Fitness & Wellbeing Coordinator for the newly created Wellbeing Program at Washington State University (WSU).  Over his ten years there, he helped grow wellness programming at WSU from the ground, to a program with 8 full-time staff and 20 part-time graduate and undergraduate employees.  Working with college students quickly became a passion for him and he went back to school receiving his Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration from WSU.  Brad is excited to join the TCU community as he helps encourage a culture of wellness.  Outside of work, Brad can be found working out, playing darts, but always listening to hard rock/metal.  Go Frogs!
