TCU Employee Fitness Offerings are free for any Faculty/Staff member with a Rec Center Membership. These programs include a select number of group fitness classes as well as small-group and 1-on-1 personal training opportunities.

Fit For Hire if you’re looking for a fitness professional to lead an event for your group or organization. We can come to you anywhere on TCU’s campus with chair massages, group exercise instruction, workouts or educational sessions led by personal trainers, and more.
