Michael Warren – Assistant Director, Marketing and Technology

Michael is the creative and technology geek of the group. Born and raised in the great state of Texas and is determined to stay here. He received his BA in Studio Art and BFA in Design from The University of Texas and after working for a few years went back to school to get his MBA with a Marketing Management concentration from LeTourneau University. Michael has worked with Fortune 500 High Tech companies like IBM, Apple, Intel, Microsoft, Dell, HP and others creating web interfaces for their customer relationship management systems. Additionally, he has built dozens of websites for banks and credit unions, including designing an interface to integrate several financial services applications under a single portal for a financial services software provider. He ran his own graphic and web design firm, Boldface Creative, and was an Adjunct Professor, teaching Marketing at LeTourneau and Concordia universities for seven years. When he isn’t handling the marketing and technology needs of Campus Recreation, he can be found ogling over and talking about cars. He recently sold his 1957 Chevy Truck that he mocked up in photoshop beforehand to guide his work on it. Currently, he’s looking for his next project.
