I believe that working out should be a challenging but fun experience where my clients have the freedom to try new things while achieving their fitness goals. You can expect a dynamic work out when training with me complete with variations of resistance and weight training as well as high intensity interval training and recovery workouts. Depending on your personal goals or abilities I strive to help you try something new and master what you already know as we focus on your form, flexibility and core strength. As a former athlete, I love to implement circuit training and functional movements into my training plans so that the strength you gain in the gym can be used outside as well. Overall I want to my client’s confidence to grow in themselves and their abilities as we train and equip them with the knowledge they need to have a happy and healthy life.
