Thanks for signing up for an upcoming trip or training! Your registration will be confirmed once both of the attached forms have been completed and returned. The forms may be filled out digitally and emailed back to Mary Ellen Milam, firstname.lastname@example.org, or completed manually and returned to the Campus Rec Front Office.
