My First and foremost priority when it comes to being your personal trainer, is listening. I am here to listen to your needs and wants as your trainer. I will do everything in my power to have you excel and reach your fitness goals. I am passionate about science, nutrition and physical fitness, to where we can come up with ways not only in the gym to reach your goals, but also in the kitchen! I incorporate anything from resistance training, functional training, plyometrics, aerobic training, boxing, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), group or partner training ,and  even military style training/self-defense. I served 7 years in the military and have a passion to help others and educate them to learn more about health and fitness. This is the beginning of a new lifestyle that I would love to share with you!
