Physical

Between exams, papers and maintaining an active social life, many college students express they don’t have the time to keep up on their personal health. Often this leads to illness, sleep difficulties, and negatively impacts their academic success. Understanding that physical wellness includes proper sleep, exercise, nutrition, regular medical check-ups are all connected and affect more than just your physical health.

We encourage students to recognize that our behaviors have a significant impact on our wellness and adopting healthful habits (routine check ups, a balanced diet, exercise, etc.) while avoiding destructive habits (tobacco, drugs, alcohol, etc.) will lead to optimal Physical Wellness.
