Climbing Wall
The TCU Outdoor Center encompasses a 30-foot indoor Climbing Wall that provides you with an exciting challenge with over 20 top rope climbs, as well as, our new 10-foot Grasshopper Bouldering Wall associated with an app where you can set your own route. Whether you are entirely new to climbing, have been climbing for years, or are just looking for a fun addition to your workout regimen, our climbing wall has something for everyone to enjoy.
You can learn how to belay by visiting the climbing wall. Our skilled instructors will teach you proper belay technique and current TCU Climbing Wall Rules and Regulations during your session. You must wait at least 24 hours to return to the climbing wall to demonstrate proper skills and technique to complete the certification. Belay certifications cost $5 and must be renewed each semester.
