Our fitness facilities provide equipment and space for the needs of every participant; novice to expert.
Main Level
Weight Room
The main weight room is 9,000 square feet of resistance training space with 100+ pieces of equipment including:
- Full line of Precor selectorized machines
- FreeMotion functional line; cable-driven machines
- Hammer Strength plate-loaded line
- Hammer Strength half-racks and multi-racks (5 of each)
- Dumbbells from 5-100 lbs.
- Two Olympic Weightlifting platforms with bumper plates
Multi-Purpose Room 1
Across the lobby is Multi-Purpose Room 1, a 4,000 sq ft space which is primarily used for Group Fitness classes, but is also available for open recreation.
- Yoga mats
- Stability & BOSU balls
- Body Bars and adjustable barbells
- Aerobics steps with risers
Rec Gym Courts
Next door to the weight room we have a our 22,000 sq ft main gym that has 3 courts, perfect for sprints, conditioning drills, and bodyweight circuits.
Upper Level
Cardio Deck
Upstairs on the Cardio Deck you will find more than 70 machines to keep you moving. Equipment includes treadmills, ellipticals, stepmills, upright & recumbent bikes, arc trainers, and AMTs. Plus, the 1/8th mile indoor track offers space for running or walking. Three of the corners around the track also provide some extra mat space for crunches or pushups between laps. If you’re looking for a specific cardio piece, our current inventory includes:

The Corner
Tucked away in a semi-private corner, past the racquetball courts, The Corner has everything you need for a functional workout. Equipment includes:
- TRX suspension trainer
- Heavy bag
- Medicine Balls
- Kettlebells
- Dumbbells from 2.5-40 lbs.
- Dip bar
- Pullup/Chin-up station
- Steps, mats, jump ropes, and more
Lower Level
We aren’t done yet. There are two more multi-purpose rooms for Group Fitness classes downstairs.
Multi-Purpose Room 2
A 3,000 sq ft space that is used for yoga, Pilates, Barre and other group exercise classes. This space is also available for use by two or more patrons upon request/reservation.
Multi-Purpose Room 3 / Cycle Studio
This space is dedicated to our state-of-the-art cycle classes which utilize Stages SC2 Indoor Cycles. Come see the experience that is TCU Rec Cycle. Private cycle classes are available upon request/reservation.
