  • 3-time youth national champion in weightlifting
  • Volleyball coach for 5 years

Philosophy:

I want people to be empowered. Whether that means lifting the most weight possible or being able to pick up great-grandkids one day, personal strength is the goal. It is my passion to increase people’s competency and confidence. Seeing the excitement in others when they achieve their personal goals or even accomplish something they never thought was their goal is what drives me to continue to learn and give people my best. I hope to motivate and instill a drive to remain active and strong in all my clients. The gym has given me many blessings and lessons in life so to be able to pass along that knowledge and experience to others is really what it’s all about.
